Our Philosophy
Pain is your Hero’s Journey. Pain isn't always visible, and healing isn’t always linear.
We practice medicine with an unflinching commitment to the science.
But we pair that passion with a deep respect for authenticity —
especially for the patients that others have stopped seeing:
the ones who are told that their symptoms aren't real,
aren't serious, or aren't worth a closer look.
To us, you are not a symptom to be managed.
You are an individual whose life, goals, and struggles —
including the pain that doesn't always show on imaging —
inform every decision we make, together. Let us be a part of your Journey.
You deserve to be heard honestly, treated skillfully, and supported as you
reclaim the life you want to live and the person you know yourself to be.
We hold ourselves to a high standard of science so that you
can hold yourself to a high standard of living,
because medicine, at its best,
helps people become, more
fully, who they
already are.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Description Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute video call so you can meet Dr. Imran, share a brief overview of your symptoms, and learn whether our practice is the right fit before committing to a full visit. We recommend having a short list of your main concerns and any prior treatments ready to discuss.
-
Your initial appointment typically lasts 45–60 minutes and includes a focused medical history, physical examination, and a review of any imaging or records you bring. By the end of the visit, your provider will discuss a personalized care plan, which may include conservative treatments, diagnostic injections, or referrals for additional imaging. Most patients leave with clear next steps and a scheduled follow-up.
-
Please bring a government-issued photo ID, your insurance card, and a complete list of current medications including doses. If available, bring recent imaging (MRI, CT, or X-ray) on a disc or via patient portal access, prior medical records related to your pain, and any procedure or operative notes from previous treatments. Arriving 15 minutes early to complete intake forms helps us start your visit on time.
-
We participate with most major Out-of-Network Insurance plans and will verify your benefits before your appointment, including any deductibles, copays, or prior authorization requirements. Some advanced procedures and regenerative treatments are not covered by insurance and are offered as out-of-pocket services with transparent pricing provided in advance. Our billing team is happy to discuss payment plans and financing options to help make your care accessible.
-
Injections are only one tool, and a lack of relief often points to a different pain generator or the need for a more targeted approach rather than the end of your options. We commonly review prior imaging and procedure records to refine the diagnosis, then consider alternatives such as nerve ablation, neuromodulation, regenerative therapies, or minimally invasive surgical solutions. Many patients who felt out of options find meaningful relief once the underlying source of their issues is more accurately identified.
-
Our practice specializes in minimally invasive spine and pain procedures, including endoscopic decompression, percutaneous discectomy, sacroiliac joint fusion, and implantable neuromodulation devices. Compared to traditional open surgery, these approaches use much smaller incisions, preserve healthy muscle and tissue, reduce blood loss, and lower the risk of infection and complications. Most procedures are performed on an outpatient basis with same-day discharge, faster return to work and activity, less reliance on opioids, and significantly less scarring than conventional surgery.
-
Regenerative medicine uses your body's own healing components — such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) Bone Marrow Aspirate, or cell-based therapies — to support tissue repair in joints, tendons, ligaments, and spinal structures. It is often appropriate for mild-to-moderate degenerative conditions, partial tendon injuries, or patients who want to avoid or delay surgery, but it is not a fit for every diagnosis.
Results vary by patient and condition; many people experience meaningful improvement over several months, and it’s important to continue strengthening during this time. Regenerative medicine is not a magic pill, but it can help boost the results you see along your journey. We will always give you a realistic, evidence-based picture of what to expect.
-
We are not a cosmetic practice. But, because use an extremely high quality PRP technique, we want to give you the best chance of success with all your PRP goals.
Cosmetic PRP uses growth factors from your own blood to support collagen production and skin renewal, commonly applied through microneedling for facial rejuvenation, scalp injections for hair restoration, and under-eye treatments for tone and texture. Most patients begin to see gradual improvement within 4–8 weeks, with optimal results after a series of 3 sessions spaced about a month apart. Maintenance treatments every 6–12 months help sustain results, and because PRP is autologous, the risk of allergic reaction is very low. We follow only reliable published protocols for every treatment we offer in this category and are happy to share the science with you!
