Your pelvis is the foundation of your strength. Help keep it aligned, physically and functionally.
Pelvic pain isn't just gynecological. It's often postural, musculoskeletal, or the result of trauma — and specialists who don't understand that gap leave patients searching for answers. We treat pelvic floor dysfunction, sacroiliac joint pain, coccydynia, and endometriosis-related pain with the same rigor as any spine condition: imaging when needed, interventional procedures when indicated, and never dismissing what you experience.
We work closely with specialized Physical Therapists and offer targeted interventions including:
SI joint injection — diagnostic/therapeutic, corticosteroid ± local anestheticSI joint radiofrequency ablation — denervation of medial branch nerves for longer-term relief
Pelvic floor trigger point injections — botulinum toxin or local anesthetic into obturator internus, piriformis, levator ani
Pudendal nerve block — therapeutic or diagnostic for pudendal neuralgia
Coccygeal/sacrococcygeal injection — corticosteroid for coccydynia
Sacral nerve blocks — for sacral radiculopathy or referred pelvic pain
Epidural steroid injection (lumbar) — for referred pelvic/hip pain from L5-S1 pathology
Regenerative/Structural:
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) — intra-articular SI joint, ligamentous support (SI ligaments, uterosacral ligaments)
Prolotherapy — dextrose injections for ligamentous laxity
